INGREDIENTS

pork tenderloin fillet onion garlic clove apple Brie maple syrup Dijon mustard olive oil salt & pepper fresh rosemary butcher’s twine

STEP 1

Cook the filling and prep your apples. Open the tenderloin & fill it with brie and stuffing.

STEP 2

Wrap it with twine, brown the meat and then bake. Slice before serving your brie stuffed pork tenderloin!
