While I do not bring any sort of news at the moment – whether that it’s good or bad – you can still dive into one of these great Ferrero Rocher & Nutella Cupcakes we made not so long ago. Maybe give them as a Valentine’s present, would you? I would not, and that is why: keep them for yourself and just enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
For the muffins
- 115g of butter
- 225g of caster sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 130g of plain flour
- 3 tbsps of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of baking powder
To decorate
- Nutella, as needed
- Ferrero Rocher, as needed
Start by turning on the oven to 170°C and let it warm up properly. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar, then add the melted and cooled butter and mix well. Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well until everything looks smooth and perfect.
Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Let them cool down completely before decorating.
When they are completely cool, cut the top of each muffin and fill with a spoonful – or two – of Nutella, then add the Ferrero Rocher.
Your Ferrero Rocher & Nutella Cupcakes are now ready to be devoured.
