We are getting the last few strawberries of the season, and I can’t believe it’s that time of the year again – so we celebrated with Nutella & Strawberry Muffins. Did time fly so quickly for real? I still haven’t managed to eat as many as I want!
Never mind my complaints, I love strawberries and this new recipe is a celebratory one. I could turn into a strawberry and eat myself if I could. And by the way, muffins are the quick way to snack, on the go, or on a nice breakfast.
Who doesn’t love Nutella, anyway? I will give you the recipe for this amazeballs homemade hazelnut spread soon, for the moment use the store-bought one and enjoy these great and tasty strawberry muffins.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 150ml of coconut milk
- 200g of plain flour
- 100g of white sugar
- 2tsp of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a few strawberries
- Nutella
- chopped hazelnuts
Turn on the oven at 200°C. Take a big bowl and mix together all the ingredients, starting from the egg and sugar, then add the milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
When all the ingredients are mixed well together, add the chopped strawberries and mix in a delicate way, so that the strawberries won’t get destroyed.
Fill each muffin case for 3/4 of it’s space, then spoon in some Nutella in the middle. Add the chopped hazelnuts and place in the oven for roughly 20-25 minutes, or until golden. The Nutella will sink in, making them look all nice and super gnammy!

The Nutella & Strawberry muffins are now ready to rock your world.
The best muffin cases are always from Waitrose, sorry not sorry.
