EASY STRAWBERRY NUTELLA MUFFINS RECIPE

These Nutella Muffins with fresh strawberries are soft, with a crunchy topping and a soft centre packed with Nutella.

INGREDIENTS

egg full-fat milk plain flour white sugar baking powder pinch of salt fresh strawberries Nutella chopped hazelnut

STEP 1

Preheat the oven. In a bowl mix egg and sugar. Add milk & combine. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then combine the two.

STEP 2

Fold in the fresh strawberries. Fill the muffin tin halfway and then add nutella in the centre. Fill with the rest of the muffin batter.

STEP 3

Sprinkle hazelnuts and sugar on top and bake. When cooled down, swirl some nutella and serve.
