WHAT IS CHORIZO?

Chorizo is a type of pork sausage which originated in the Iberian Peninsula. Made with pork meat, salt, garlic and smoked paprika.

THE INGREDIENTS

Sausage, chorizo, red onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, red wine, red pepper, chopped tomatoes,  cannellini beans,  chicken stock, mixed herb, chilli flakes, thyme, salt & pepper.

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE STEW?

Slice all your ingredients and rinse the beans. Then brown the meat.

Add the sauce and the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
