Mini Eggs  Fudge

Fudge is a type of confectionery made by mixing sugar, butter, and milk, heating it to the soft-ball stage at 240 °F (116 °C), and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency.

Mini chocolate eggs are small, egg-shaped chocolates that are typically enjoyed as treats during Easter or springtime festivities.

Mini eggs fudge has a rich, nutty flavour and a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture. This fudge is perfectly apt for Easter and it will take no time to put together, plus you can get the kids to help and I am sure they will be excited to say ‘this mini eggs fudge, I made it!’.
