Start by washing your strawberries and chop them in small pieces.
In a blender, add 1 1/2 cup of the chopped strawberries and blend them for 10 seconds. Add the sugar and blend again for ten seconds, you will still have some chunks left in there. If you prefer your puree more silky, keep blending to your preferred consistency.
In a tall glass, pour half of the strawberries puree. With the back of a spoon, spread it on the side of the glass. Add the remainder of the puree and add ice.
Pour your milk of choice, add the rest of the strawberries you kept on the side and enjoy your homemade Korean strawberry milk!
