1

Instructions
Peel the apples (optional) and cut them into even-sized chunks for consistent cooking.
400 g Golden Delicious apples
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the vegan butter.
30 g vegan butter
Add the apple chunks to the skillet and stir to coat them in the melted butter.
Cook the apples for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and start to turn golden.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and ground cinnamon over the apples.
100 g brown sugar,
1 tbsp cinnamon
Stir well to coat the apple chunks evenly in the sugar and spice mixture.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, as the sugar melts and forms a sticky caramel sauce.
Add the vanilla extract just before removing the skillet from the heat.
1 tsp vanilla extract
Stir gently to combine and evenly distribute the vanilla.
Let the caramelized apples cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy warm on their own or as a topping for pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, or dairy-free ice cream.
