Blue Curacao Mojitos Recipe

These blue mojitos are the best summer drink you can mix in five minutes and serve for your next gathering or BBQ you are hosting. A refreshing drink with mint and lime that will make you ask for more!

- 10 leaves of fresh mint
- 2 oz lime juice
- 2 oz blue curaçao
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 8 oz soda
- ½ cup ice
- lime wedges & mint sprigs to garnish
Muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice in a mojito glass.
Fill your mojito glass with ice and then pour the rum and blue curaçao. Top up with club soda and stir well.
Garnish your mojito with more mint sprigs and lime wedges. Enjoy!
- You can buy simple syrup or make a batch in advance at home. It will only take 10 minutes. Just use one cup of water and one cup of white granulated sugar, and turn it until the sugar dissolves. Take it off the heat and let it cool before transferring it to an airtight bottle.
- If you don't have a mojito glass or better known as a Collins glass, use a long clear glass so you and your guests can savour the drink with both taste and eyes.
- If you don't have a muddler, don't worry, you can use the back of a wooden spoon.
