- 75 ml of lime juice 2 small limes
- 75 ml lemon juice 1 medium lemon
- 200 ml coconut water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 orange decoration - optional

- 1 lime decoration - optional
Slice in half all of your fruits and squeeze them in a lemon/orange juicer. Keep all the juice in a measuring jug.
Sift all the juice, make sure there are no bits or seeds as they could make the popsicle bitter.
Add the honey and coconut water and mix well.
Add the liquid to your popsicles moulds.
Slice the additional fruit for decorations and add them to your popsicles mould. (optional).
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
The decorations inside are totally optional, but we thought it gave a great touch to it.
Freezing time depends on the freezer, but we recommend at least 8 hours to make sure everything is set. Even better if left to rest overnight.
You can store the popsicles for a couple of months in the freezer.
I like to have texture so I added the sliced fruit inside, but it's totally optional.
