  • Take the dough from the fridge and roll it out thinly. Cut the discs or shape of your choice and set them all on the counter.
  • Take a teaspoon of the curd and place it in the middle of half the discs, then spread it lightly so that it gets everywhere without reaching the edges.
  • Place the sliced peach and the basil, then brush the empty edges with some water and place the second disc on top.
  • With the help of a fork, seal the edges neatly.
  • beat the egg and use it to brush the top, then sprinkle the sugar on top evenly.
  • With the help of a knife, create a slit in the top middle so that air can be released while cooking.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let them cool down before eating - if you can at the very least!

Notes
