Take the dough from the fridge and roll it out thinly. Cut the discs or shape of your choice and set them all on the counter.
Take a teaspoon of the curd and place it in the middle of half the discs, then spread it lightly so that it gets everywhere without reaching the edges.
Place the sliced peach and the basil, then brush the empty edges with some water and place the second disc on top.
With the help of a fork, seal the edges neatly.
beat the egg and use it to brush the top, then sprinkle the sugar on top evenly.
With the help of a knife, create a slit in the top middle so that air can be released while cooking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let them cool down before eating - if you can at the very least!
