And maybe your other half has recently decided to go vegan, in light of the whole Veganuary. And you have done so too just as a default measure, you know? Still kudos to you for the choice – and in case you need every day recipes that are plant-based, check this collection out. So in the wake of said Valentines dinner fast approaching, I have decided to roam the internet for you and find 50+ Vegan Valentines Dinner ideas.
Now, I am going to try my best to make this collection of 50+ Vegan Valentines Dinner ideas organised by meal so that you can just get to what you need. Talk about an incredible post! Having tons of food options is the key to happiness, I swear. I’m not necessarily a picky eater, but between a gastrointestinal disease and a million food allergies, it can be a nightmare to find meals to enjoy and I get bored really quickly. I’m not vegan, but there are so many options here that stand out to me and I think my husband and I would both enjoy them!!
Aww Stephanie – I hope some of the recipes in this list can be adapted at least? Make the husband cook for you this coming Valentines! x
