Ah, September has arrived, and you know what that means – it’s officially pumpkin spice season! My favourite season of them all! I just love pumpkin in every way, shape and form, and have a particular soft spot for anything that is pumpkin spice. A typical #psl kinda lady, like you find them everywhere. I mean, yes, if this was to become my demise, then I wouldn’t go down alone ha! But there is one thing you need to remember with me, made at home by my own two hands is always… better!

I feel like my way of doing stuff and preparing food is just better than what I could get in a random coffee shop, including the big chains. Especially the big chains. And I hope most of you agree, even though there will be that one dish your favourite restaurant or cafe makes that you cannot replicate, ever. I know that feeling, of course I do too. But when it comes to pumpkin cold foam, I can tell you for a fact I hated the Starbucks version.

I remember trying it last year, at the airport, as I was making my way to Italy with Fred. She had warned me, boy did she warn me multiple times. But nope, the idea of a nice cold brew coffee topped with some of my favourite things ever? Count me in. I ended up throwing it out within half an hour, having only drunk maybe a couple of inches. Not like me to waste some coffee, even the worst ones ever.

So while the world goes crazy for pumpkin pies and lattes, we all know there’s one beverage that’s been stealing the spotlight at Starbucks and everyone’s heart (but mine): the pumpkin cold foam cold brew. Could I avoid making it myself to redeem what I thought was a brilliant idea to start with? Absolutely not.

If you’re ready to take your love for pumpkin to the next level, this recipe is for you! Today, we’re going to dive into the world of this deliciously tasty autumnal treat and learn how to make a homemade pumpkin cold foam that will make your taste buds dance with delight. At least, it did it with mine. So, grab your favourite coffee mug and let’s get started with this pumpkin cold foam!

  1. pretty good recipe! i will say the condensed milk flavor is super overpowering, so i’d use maybe 1/3 of a cup instead of a half, or even 1/4 of a cup. but it’s still good
